Windows 10: Laptop Built In Microphone Too Quiet After Installing Voice Changer

So I have a built-in laptop microphone. I decided to install a voice changer called Clownfish voice changer just to troll some friends on some games. It didn't work at all so I decided to uninstall it. Then suddenly, people can barely hear me anymore as my mic is too quiet.


I tried troubleshooting audio problems, boosting microphone volume, disabling, and re-enabling my microphone. I'm not really a tech guy so I don't really know what to do. I was thinking of doing the process of uninstalling the Realtek driver and reinstalling it but I'm afraid that I will mess something up. Any suggestions?

mic got quiet after installing voice changer

I downloaded a voice changer Voicemod and used it with my new Stealth Raptor headphones. At first everything was fine. But then when I started my laptop, the volume got very quiet and the loud buzz appeared.

 

Fix voice changer microphone to default.

Apparently I used this MorphVOX Pro voice changer thing. I like it at first but overtime it gets REALLY annoying. My problem is that after I uninstalled the voice changer, the effect is still there in the microphone. I have no idea how to change the microphone
back. Everytime I speak it sounds like a very old man (part of the voice changing features). Now when i use my microphone, no one understands what im saying. Please help. Thank you.

It could be that the level for Microphone is set to low. We can try increasing the level for Microphone and check if that helps in resolving the issue.

I would suggest you to check for pending updates as well. To check for pending update, you can navigate to
Settings >> Update & Security >> Check for updates. If any pending updates are there, the updates will be installed and you will have Restart now option. Please restart the computer to finish installing the
updates.

If the issue persists, please reply with the following details:

• Are you facing the same issue with any other headphones?
  
• Is the microphone of Stealth Raptor’s work properly in any other computer?
