Laptop can see neighbouring wifi but not ours

My wife works on a Lenovo laptop Windows 11 auto-upgrade from 10.We use Vodafone for wifi. All of our devices can see and log onto the wifi without hassle - good clear signal and fast download speeds. Her laptop simply does not see it.It works with all other wifi sources work, friends etc.I have tried resetting the network, factory resetting her laptop and factory resetting the router - no luck.It almost feels as if we have deliberately rejected this particular source...Any ideas would be welcome.

    :)

Wifi doesn't show Home's wifi but show neighbouring wifi(s)

The image doesn't show quite enough, should be more like this:

Wifi doesn't show Home's wifi but show neighbouring wifi(s)

    Try this:

    1. In the search bar type Services
    2. Open the Services App in the result from above
    3. Scroll down and find WLAN AutoConfig
    4. Double Click on the above and change the Startup type to Automatic
    5. Check to see if you can now see your local WiFi

Additionally, Windows Upgrades often cause old drivers to stop functioning. You can use Device Manager to uninstall your WiFi adapter then after that is completed, restart your laptop. When Windows restarts it will find a new device (your WiFi) and reinstall the adapter which will result in Windows looking for a driver. Windows may ask if you want to update the driver or use the one found already on your computer. Choose the update option.

My laptop cannot find my usual hotspot

Thank you for the link. I have tried everything suggested in the link but nothing works.

It actually has nothing to do with any of the steps provided in the link.

My laptop can detect and connect to all my neighbours' wifi, so the network adapter is working just fine.

Using a different laptop and smartphone, they can detect and connect to my phone's wifi hotspot just fine.

The problem is, my laptop which is working just fine, cannot detect and connect to my phone, which is also working just fine.

Sporadically, my laptop can detect my phone's wifi hotspot, but when I click on 'Connect', it is unable to connect. After that, the phone's wifi hotspot disappears from my laptop's list of available wifi.

I'm very sure I didn't change any settings, and no one else has access to my laptop, so I'm not sure why this is happening.
