Windows 10: Laptop cannot automatically turn off the screen or enter screen saver mode after a period...

The computer is a Lenovo Thinkbook 16p with the original Windows 11 operating system.I have noticed that the computer does not automatically turn off the screen, go to sleep, or activate the screen saver after a period of inactivity.I have tried resetting the screen timeout settings and creating new power plans, but none of these solutions have worked.I also contacted Lenovo customer support, reinstalled the display driver, and used Lenovo's system repair tools, but none of these solutions have resolved the issue.Customer support suggested creating a new administrator account, and I found that

A screen saver is a moving picture or pattern that displays on the screen(s) of your PC after you have not been active on the PC for specified period of time to wait. You can follow the steps below to change the screensaver on your Windows 10 laptop:

• Press Windows key.
• Click on Settings > Personalization > Lock
  screen > Screen saver settings.
• You can choose the Screen saver that you want in the Screen Saver Settings
  window.
