Windows 10: Laptop can't detect discreet GPU

Discus and support Laptop can't detect discreet GPU in Windows 10 Software and Apps to solve the problem; Acer-A715-72g isnt displaying my GPU anywhere.     Laptop can't detect discreet GPU


    Acer-A715-72g isnt displaying my GPU anywhere. Checked MSinfo, hidden device manager, and the bios. Would love some assistance on this. Not entirely sure when it happened. My wife took the laptop on deployment had some problems and updated to windows 11. But not entirely sure when it took place because she didn't know it wasn't using the GPU.The Acer bios is extremely limited on what it can do. So would love some help from someone more knowledgeable then me on laptops. Would love it if I don't need to take this into a shop.
