Windows 10: Laptop can’t find my wifi following windows 11 update

I updated my laptop to windows 11 version 24H2 and immediately following my laptop is unable to find my wifi/modem. Through it is able to find wifi from neighbouring houses. I’ve rebooted my modem. I’ve rebooted my laptop. I’ve done a network reset on my laptop. I am not using a VPN. All of my other devices, including iPads and iPhones are able to connect to my wifi/modem totally fine. It’s only my laptop. In “manage known networks” my wifi is listed. However, my laptop is still unable to find my wifi when searching for available wifis. There is a “hidden network” which has appeared in the sea

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

 

At my wits end with WiFi

I did the sme, with the WAP, i disabled DHCP, and assigned a static IP (192.168.1.2), the adsl router already has a static ip set. i followed th guide here: Wireless access point - DD-WRT Wiki to a T, both with and without the reccommended/optional steps.

Still no joy, and i still can't get my desktop to see the wifi router, wth default settings and a direct connection. My laptop views the wifi router fine, with default settings.

Ok i figured i missed a step when changing to the DD-WRT firmware. I didn;t upgrade to the latest version. i'm doing that now, and i'll try to set it up again.

Method 2: I suggest you to run in-built Power troubleshooter and check. Follow the steps:

Method 3: If the above method doesn’t help, I would suggest you to reset and restore all of the default Power Plans back with their default settings. Follow the steps.

Method 4: Lastly I suggest you check your chipset and video drivers, try checking for the updates from the manufacturer's website and update all the necessary drivers, i.e the chipset and video drivers
