    Laptop charger keeps disconnecting and connecting


    Well, I've posted it over here because I am really really sure that I don't have something wrong with my charger.So the problem is my laptop ,when plugged in, keeps getting itself disconnected and connected from the status of being charged and I get that "beep" sound. Also note that I am not moving my laptop, not even the cables.I've tried moving the tip of the charger but it did not help too. It just disconnects, and connects again around 8 seconds.

    When I plug in my charger, the charger will connect and disconnect so my laptop never fully charges.

    How to disable System Beep in Windows 10 on charger connect/disconnect

    I have an Acer Aspire One. It too beeps when the charger is connected/disconnected. It does it even when in the BIOS settings so has nothing to do with Windows. There is no BIOS setting to disable it, so I just have to put up with it. Just seems to be the way Acer like to do things *Sad

    Does it die slowing, like over time the connection degrades ?. Have you timed the disconnections or are they random ?.
