Windows 10: Laptop computer will not start

Discus and support Laptop computer will not start in Windows 10 BSOD Crashes and Debugging to solve the problem; When I turn on my laptop it comes on with the screen saver but as soon as I enter PW it goes to a blank page with only the cursor showing but active....     Laptop computer will not start


    When I turn on my laptop it comes on with the screen saver but as soon as I enter PW it goes to a blank page with only the cursor showing but active. What is happening and can you help?
