Windows 10: Laptop constantly restarts when starting when unplugged from a power source

First of all i have checked the battery life of my laptop, the battery health is healthy and the laptop is relatively new being less than a year old, due to this also i am pretty sure the hardware side is all good still and presume this is a software issue and hoping for a potential fix as it is pointless to have a laptop that has to be plugged in at all time to be used.My laptop is a Asus TUF Gaming A15 FA507NV, 32 GB Ram, AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS. Errors in event viewer i see every time is this:The driver \Driver\WUDFRd failed to load.Device: HID\HID_DEVICE_SYSTEM_VHF

Windows won't boot up when unplug laptop power source

The problem is that, if i didn't unplug the power source from the laptop(ie : i just leave it connected to the power source) the laptop can boot just fine. The problem happens when i unplug the power source, and plug in back with the power source, the laptop
will go black screen after the acer logo

 

Shut down as soon as I unplug power source

Let us isolate your concern by providing us the following information:

• When you say "as soon as I unplug power source it shuts down", is it still initiating to shut down or it shuts down automatically?
• Are you getting any error messages? If yes, what is the error message?
• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to the update?

Windows won't boot up when unplug laptop power source

Hi. I just reinstall and reformatted my laptop. Before doing it, the laptop works fine but after doing the reinstallation and fully updated the windows, the computer went freeze when i unplug my laptop from power source and plug in back to use the laptop.
Noted that my laptop battery is long gone and it can only use adapter to power on the laptop. I used acer E-470g laptop. Hope that someone can help solve this issue. Thank you!
