Windows 10: Laptop CPU gets to 80C-90C just while browsing firefox

My HP Victus laptop that is less than a year old has about 1 hour of battery life and gets quite hot really easily. Even when I walk away from it the fans keep spinning. I rarely see the CPU temp get below 80C. The power settings are all set to default, the only have the few mandatory apps open, such as the nvdia and logitech ones. I doubt it is an issue with the cooling as the fans shouldnt even need to spin up while browsing the web. I have my windows defender all green so I doubt there is malware on my system. The cpu utilization isnt high either.The laptop has a ryzen 5 5600H
