Windows 10: Laptop crashes when going to sleep mode. BSOD DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE caused by driver...

My Asus M515DA laptop is crashing every time it goes to sleep mode. Intermittent DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE BSOD when going to sleep

I will start with comments/issues first before I paste screenshots etc

1. A BSOD happened between the time I created this thread and I read your initial response. Let me know if you the mini dump from this BSOD

2. I see at the bottom of you post you are identifying e2xw10x64.sys Is this the driver you are currently suspecting to be the cause of the BSOD?

3. I had difficulty removing the this driver. I had to go to the Killer website and download and execute a Killer software removal tool. After running this tool the Killer driver reverted to the base Microsoft driver 9.0.0.42 dated 14 Sep 2016. At this point I ran the Dell Driver Update and it didn't find any drivers needing update. I also used their website tool and again it found no driver needing an update. Interesting since the Killer driver was now down level. I download the current Killer driver and Control panel from the killer website and installed with now problem

5. Do we want to revert to the base Microsoft driver 9.0.0.42 dated 14 Sep 2016 ??

6. When this PC would BSOD and create a mini dump at sleep time the cooling fan speed would ramp up and stay at high speed for a minute or two and the pc would then power off. after most of the info gathering but before I ran the Dell diags and pc seemed to have a BSOD error. I didn't realize you had changed the dump type to "memory. So after about 20 minutes of high speed fan I forced a power off. I checked and there was a BSOD. However I saw that a "memory" dump was created, but possible I powered it off before the dump was complete. The file size is 1.98 GB (2,134,587,816 bytes) Do you ant me to make this file available. If I had not forced a power off do you know how large this file would be? 16GB? When the next BSOD occurs I will wait fot the high speed fan noise to stop and the pc to power itself off

7. Dell Diags were very problematic. Among the issues, "invalid Dell Service Tag" It couldn't detect local ServiceAssist program was installed, it then had me download the installer which then fail when executed stating that it was aslready installed, plus some others So I let it go until this morning and tried again. Now it ran with no issues

8. HD Tune provided no output on the Health tab. I assume you were looking for SMART info. So I included a CrystalDisk SMART screenshot

Windows BSOD when entering S0 sleep with DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE error

Hello,

I have a HP 445 G8 (Ryzen based laptop).
Going to S0 sleep causes the computer to crash sometimes. Most likely some driver is bad, could someone help by locating the offending driver from the minidump?
The BSOD code is DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE.

Razer 14 - BSOD Error occurs after turning on laptop from sleep mode DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE

I can't set my laptop in sleep mode ever. If i Place it in sleep mode and try to turn it on - Black screen appears and doesn't load anything.

After few moments BSOD occurs DRIVER_POWER_STATE_FAILURE. So have to shutdown laptop completely and start it again.

Sometimes I forget and close the lid of the laptop which in turn leads to sleep mode and BAM! BSOD again!.
