Windows 10: Laptop crashing and showing BSOD after restarting or waking up from sleep

I am using a HP 15-di2000TU bought in jan'20 , with 256GB SSD, 1TB HDD, 8GB RAM, i510th gen processor and integrated IntelR UHD Graphics driver. I am currently on Windows 11. From the past few months, precisely from April, I've been facing an issue where my laptop, after waking up from sleep and/or restarting, shows a BSOD titled "UNTITLED_STORE_EXCEPTION" and crashes. After which it boots up into another failure showing "BOOT DEVICE NOT FOUND; HARD DISK ERROR 3F0" If I shut it down again and then reboot it, after a couple of tries it boots up normally. Hi Prakhar,

The steps you suggested did not solve the problem. I am still experiencing the BSOD when waking the computer from sleep. If you have an other suggestions they'd be greatly appreciated.

Restart when waking laptop from sleep mode


When I wake my HP laptop from sleep mode, it says there is a problem and needs to restart. Then it restarts. It didn't do this until I upgraded to Windows 10. Anyone else have this problem or have suggestions on how to fix it? Thank you for any assistance.

 

BSOD/Slow wake when waking from sleep/hibernation

Any suggestions?
This BSOD is continuing and happening more frequently...
It has to point where it is pointless to sleep/hibernate as it crashes everytime when waking up... having to shutdown everytime and booting up takes ages
