Windows 10: Laptop crashing w/ flashing screen and loud buzzing

My Lenovo V15-IIL has started crashing. I've included some images of what happens on the screen. t continues flashing like this until I force restart, and sometimes it makes a really loud buzzing sound whilst it's crashing.It only seems to happen when I click the mousepad or move the laptop it doesn't happen every time I do it, those actions are what trigger it.The laptop works perfectly aside from this one issue. Windows regularly updates, all drivers are working and updated, all downloaded apps/programs are safe and reputable. I'm at a total loss!! Anyone had this issue before?pics:https:/

Windows 10 freezing with loud buzzing sound

i'm having a lot of problems on my Windows 10 machine and to be honest i'm giving up on it, it used to run games well but now it crashes with a loud buzzing sound even in games that it used to run flawlessly, any help will be appreciated since no one i know has wanted or cared to help me, i've tried updating drivers, windows memory check, updating motherboard drivers, checking drive health and none proved effective, even clean installs of windows won't help, what do i do?

Laptop buzzes, freezed and crashed

Hello mate some system specs would be helpful not many in your profile and it is hard not knowing what one is dealing with.

In msinfo there are no problem devices listed as I always check for those first. The loud buzzing sound is a worry if it around mains power frequency (usually 50 - 60 Hz) The other thing that could be buzzing is the hard drive and as I don't know if you have a spinner or SSD it is hard to say.

 

Windows 10 upgrade loud buzzing audio problem

I have the same problem as him (the loud buzzing of audio), and did exactly as you said to, but I'm still getting this error. Would you have anything else I could try to fix please?

I've also done everything John W suggested on his blog, even uninstalled both of my Audio drives, and the problem keeps coming back.
