laptop crashing with multiple dump file errors

Hi, this is a LG Gram Laptop that I have that has been crashing when the lid is closed Never results in a blue screen on the actual screen when I turn on the lid, however reliability monitor say it is. This has been crashing for so long now its a pain. The computer produced many dump files arranging with many different error codes. Reliability monitor only describes it as a "windows shut up unexpectantly." Event viewer only lists the problem as "CRITICAL" along with saying it was rebooted without properly shutting down. If possible with all these minidumps, could anyone help decipher what th

    Multiple BSODS

For the dump files, you should be able to access them via your microsoft account, share them and put the link here.

For now it is better to not do everything immediately, but work through it step by step.
This because there are only 2 dump files in the zip and you have mentioned to have more crashes.
Suggestions below are for the 2 dump files present in the zip file you provided.

Please remove Google Chrome as a test, it lately causes crashes for some people.

Because you have upgraded from windows 7 it is important to check the system files for corruption, missing files or other problems.
    Please do the following:

    • Open an admin command prompt
    • Copy/paste "sfc/scannow" (without quotes) and press enter
    • When it finished reboot your system
    • Open again an admin command prompt
    • Enter sfc/scannow again
If sfc/scannow does NOT say "Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violation", please upload the cbs.log file located at {windows partition}\Windows\Logs\CBS\, if the file is too large try a 3rd party uploader like dropbox, onedrive, google drive, mediafire etc.
System File Check(SFC a.k.a. Windows Resource Protection) needs to have your system rebooted in order for sfc to try to fix the problems that it finds.

BSOD Help (also crashes without BSODs and dump files)

The rebooting issue I am suffering does not generate a blue screen or dump files. After doing some research, it was recommended that I try running Windows' driver reviewer to stress the drivers and potentially generate BSODs to gain some insight into what could be causing the aforementioned reboots. Once I began running reviewer, that is when I was able to create blue screens and the dump files that I attached to this post. Hopefully, they are pointing me in the right direction; however, I am a bit skeptical. Since I cannot seem to cause a reboot using cpu, ram, or gpu stress tests, I find it very difficult to pinpoint whether my problem is with hardware or software. I hope your suggestion to uninstall Panda fixes the problem, but only time will tell.

    Multiple crash screens/search issues

    Hello,Schwanz Olethros

Thank you for describing the multiple blue screen issues you're encountering, including "CRITICAL PROCESS DIED," "PFN LIST CORRUPT," and "MEMORY MANAGEMENT." It's essential to address these crashes as they can indicate serious system problems. Additionally, I understand that you're also experiencing issues with the search bar not working in the bottom left corner.

To provide you with the best assistance, it would be helpful to analyze the dump files generated by these blue screen crashes. These files contain valuable information that can help identify the root cause of the issue. Here's how you can help us further:

    1. Could you provide the exact error code associated with each blue screen crash? The error code usually appears in the form of "0x000000XX," where XX represents specific hexadecimal values.
    2. Do you have any third-party software or hardware drivers installed recently that might be causing conflicts or compatibility issues?
    3. Have you observed any patterns regarding when these crashes occur? For example, do they occur during specific tasks, after a certain period of usage, or when using particular applications?
    4. Could you share the make and model of your computer
    5. Are there any specific events or changes you made to your system around the time these blue screen crashes started? This could include software installations, driver updates, hardware changes, or system configurations.
To provide the necessary dump files for analysis:

    • Navigate to the folder where your dump files are stored (usually in the C:\Windows\Minidump directory).
    • Locate the most recent dump file associated with one of the mentioned blue screen errors (the file should have a .dmp extension).
    • If the file size exceeds the attachment limit here, you can use a file-sharing service (such as OneDrive) to share the dump file with us.
    • Provide a link to the dump file in your response. get more details of how to get your BSOD dump file through this article:

Read small memory dump files - Windows Client | Microsoft Learn
Once we have this information, I'll be able to analyze the dump files and provide you with more targeted troubleshooting steps to address the blue screen issues and the search bar problem.

Thank you for your cooperation, and I look forward to assisting you further.

    Best regards,
