Windows 10: Laptop display does not work on Windows 11 but works fine on Linux OS

I installed Windows 11 on my Acer Aspire 7 a few days ago reset the laptop and flashed windows 11 and installed all the drivers from the manufacturer's website and later after like 1 or 2 months, what happened is my laptop display does not work but the externally connected monitor using HDMI works as fine. This case is only with Windows 11 as the display works fine in Ubuntu and Kali Linux laptop's display works fine. Reinstalling windows via a USB drive repeatedly every 3 months is not practical. One thing you should check is independent of what type of PC you have. Press WinKey+P to bring up the Project dialog. You may have accidentally set it for 'Second screen only'. If so, select Duplicate or Extend to be able to use both screens.

Hi, I am new here, and thanks for accepting. I have a problem : I have a Lenovo Laptop with Windows 10 currently installed when turned ON, there is no display on the main screen but works with an external monitor. What I have tried so far : Reinstalled Windows OS Updated display drivers Checked for loose LCD cables No other external devices connected and turned it on Above mentioned does not work, only works when an external monitor is connected. I tried installing Linux mint and the display works with the LCD as well as with the external monitor. Any help is appreciated. Thank you.

Thanks, will have to check on this, updated the drivers using external monitor. Will reinstalling OS resolve the issue? - - - Updated - - -
