Windows 10: laptop display getting flipped upside down after every Windows Update completes

For the last several months, every time Windows Update automatically installs a Cum update, my laptop wakes up with the screen orientation having been changed from Landscape to Landscape Flipped. I have to navigate the mouse to find the Display Setting, Orientation setting in Windows and set it back to Landscape and tell it to resave the chosen value. This has happened EVERY TIME a Windows Update runs overnight or in the background.What is altering the setting during updates?

How to Mirror Display without Flipping?

Hello,

Just wondering if it is possible to mirror the display WITHOUT flipping it upside down?

The closest I can find is to go to "Display Settings > Display Orientation > Landscape (flipped)", but I do not want the screen to be upside down as well.

Any options?

Display is upside down after an update.

I have a Dell All-in-One Inspiron 13, 7000 series using Windows 10. It does not flip the screen usually, only after an update. Sometimes I us a dual monitor set up. But only the laptop where the login screen appears is upside down. The cont-alt-arrow
method does not work. I can reset it in the display settings, but it is irritating. I hope this bug is soon fixed.
