Windows 10: Laptop does not charge via USB-C

Hello!
I recently bought a notebook (asus vivobook s15 s510ua) that has a USB 3.1 Type C. Then I tried to load the computer through this connector, however it does not load.
My question: may it not be compatible with the charge or may it be in send power mode, preventing the charge?

Lumia 950 XL - usb-c charging

How closely does MS stick to the standard (up to 100w universal charging)?

That is, is universal usb-c charging possible with the Lumia 950 XL?

Will plugging in a more powerful charger, for example, a 60w usb-c laptop charger, destroy the phone or will it work, charging the phone much more quickly?
