Windows 10: laptop does not power on.

1.Raised an error of popping projection panel randomly.Once it was very annoying i could fixed it by disabling some features of touch pad.2. But after some time that error came again. I update the laptop, but then also it could be seen.I reset again but but then also it could be seen.3. Then after some time that had been fixed. But there was a issue of keyboard that letters couldn't capitalized some times.4. Then after day laptop had been power off suddenly. It couldn't operate with its' own battery only it worked when plugged in. And when plugged off soon as it turned power off all time.5. I

Laptop no longer hibernates on critical power

Hi Mike,

The laptop's battery is possibly wearing out. Since you haven't change any settings, we suggest that you change the critical battery level a bit higher so that your laptop can perform a hibernation on a much higher percentage than the default. Follow the
steps below:

• Type Power Options on the Start menu search bar.
• Under Battery, click on Critical battery level.
• Chang the default percentage to 10% or higher.
• Click on Apply.

Once you're done, check if the issue persists.
