Windows 10: Laptop donated to non-profit org

Our non-profit org has a laptop that was initially purchased by a member, who donated it to the org. I need to change the license on Windows and Office to our org instead of it being tied to the member.How do I do that?

If you checked store.microsoft.com and there's no non-profit upgrade prices listed then you'll have to pay the regular price.

 

Windows Vista on donated laptop (I have product key #)

We are a non-profit and a friend has donated a HP Pavilion Entertainment laptop. They erased the data and operating systems.

I have a vista product key sticker but no disk, but want to reinstall vista. Or upgrade if possible at low cost. How can I do this?

I my search, I found they offer Home, School and Business, but not non-profit. I know they offer a different rate for Office 365 for Non-Profits. Maybe they would consider us to be able to use a School license, because a non-profit doesn't truly fit the
other two and has no category of its own.
