Windows 10: Laptop dosen't restart when charger is plugged in & plugged out.

To,Microsoft Community.Hey this is Gavin Mathos. Using Windows 11 Version 22H2 OS Laptop. I am facing issue while restarting as follows:→ When My laptop charger is plugged off removed from charging port or when My laptop charger is plugged in charging port & charging is turned ON / OFF & I try to restart my laptop, then Blank Screen appears but laptop is in ON State / Background Process is running while "White Light" Blinks for 7 times followed by "Orange Light" Blinks for 2 times & so on continues located besides Charging Port {As attached Screenshot below}. Windows 11: Laptop restarting when charger is plugged in

If I try to charge my laptop while I'm working, as soon as I plug the charger in it begins restarting and does not stop at all. I've tried shutting my laptop down and then charging and it works it charges the battery but I cant work and charge my laptop at the same time. As soon as i boot my laptop if the charger is plugged in, the laptop starts restarting. I bought a new charger because I thought that the adapter was faulty or something, the first time I plugged the new charger in it worked but the second time I had the same exact problem. While the laptop is restarting, the interface says something among the lines of: fixing problems. Thanks ahead for the help!

 

CHARGER PLUGGED IN BUT NOT CHARGING

When i plug in my charger to my laptop ,it indicates that the charger is plugged in but not charging. Please help

 

Laptop keep restarting with charger plugged in, but works fine without it.

Hi there,

My laptop restarts itself without any notice when I have the charger plugged in. However, it works fine when I only use the battery/with charger in safe mode/with charger but running games that have high power usage.

What I've tried,

replace system disk with new SSD,

reinstall windows,

plug the charger into different wall sockets,

update battery driver,

use new power plan,

and none of them works.
