  1. Laptop draining while plugged in

I have a Intel Core I3 for about a long ago. I use it with just the battery power. I shut it down and cool it down for about a few seconds, minutes, or hours, and then I reboot it up. It happened 3 weeks ago as I charged it once the battery is 10%, however, while I'm using it, the battery is draining and shuts down at 0%, and I accidentally forgot to shut it down before it drains. First, I remove the plug, then I plugged it in again and again, and then it doesn't want to boot it up anymore. Same here if I overcharged it then the battery will abruptly shut down itself at any percentage of the b

  2. My laptop upgraded to Windows 10 and now it's been stuck on the blue shutting down screen for days. Help.

    Hi,

As per the screen shot that you have send, I suggest that you perform Power Drain and check if you are able to access your desktop. To do so follow the steps below

    • Unplug the charger and remove the battery of your laptop, if using a desktop remove the power cord.
    • Press and hold the Power button for 30sec
    • Plug the charger/power cord and restart system

    Hope this helps

    Plugged In, Not Charging

Sometimes depending on your Windows 10 Build, your battery will not charge to 100%, this extends the life of your battery . . . plug out the laptop, drain the battery for 10 - 15 minutes, plug it back in and see if it starts to charge the battery

If however, your battery is not charging at all in Windows 10, follow these steps to rectify this issue:

    • Disconnect Power Supply
    • Remove battery
    • Connect Power Supply
    • Turn on the laptop
    • Control Panel - Device Manager
    • Under the Batteries category, right-click all instances of Microsoft ACPI Compliant Control Method Battery , and Uninstall
    • Shutdown
    • Disconnect Power Supply
    • Insert battery
    • Connect Power Supply
    • Turn on the laptop

I Hope this Answers your Question!

    Laptop draining while plugged in

Computer won't turn on after being in sleep

    Hi there,

The laptop was plugged in overnight, and it was plugged in when I tried to restart it. I might just let the battery drain, recharge the laptop, and then do the steps you suggested.
