Windows 10: laptop ends up freezing and audio loops

hi ms team,so for quite a while ive been having this issue, seems to have started way back since i swapped from my iGPU to my GPU using MSI Center, i seemed to be having these crashes. it usually only occurs while i play VALORANT, with the exception of 2 times ever. During this, my laptop just ends up freezing and the audio starts looping, and i need to hold my power button to reset it. Additionally, these crashes are inconsistent and specific. Only in val, that too at random times. It could crasg within minutes or within hours, somedays i can play without any crash, so its quite odd to me.now

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.

Any advice, troubleshooting steps, or insights into what might be causing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Windows 10 freezing at log in

A failed update or one-time startup process can sometimes cause stopping, freezing, or reboot-loop issues during the login process. To isolate the issue, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Audio looping and programs not closing on laptop

I use a Dell Latitude E6400 laptop and recently upgraded to windows 10 from 7 and ever since I've been having these strange crashes during a session of gaming.

If I'm playing audio in the background, either from Firefox or my music program, it loops the last second of audio over and over and im also met with horrible frame drops in a game and/or the ui freezing in certain areas. When I try to close any program,
even with task manager, they dont close and ends up just staying there as an uninteractable window. Even if I try to shutdown or restart my computer properly, windows wont respond with closing programs or switching to the shutdown screen.

I've updated and reinstalled my graphics drivers and am updated on windows updates.

How would I go about fixing this?
