Windows 10: Laptop factory reset and account still there

Hi, I tried to factory reset my laptop but it takes me to my profile that doesn't let me sign in. I saw your solution to another question like this but I have a problem. My laptop already has installed full Windows, if I install the free Windows it would get rid of the full version of Windows.
