    Hey everyone, I have a LENOVO G50-70, with i3-4030U and 8GB RAM, and recently my laptop showed a BSOD and showed this is caused by REFERENCE TO POINTER and then shutted down, since then on whenever I try to start my laptop it either shows error codes:0xc0000428 0xc0000221 saying the checksum isn't same as computed one 0xc00000010xc000000f most common I took help from Microsoft chat support and they all suggested the 3 power off and on method to enter Recovery Environment but that isn't happening since on every restart an error code shows up, so I tried media creation tool and tried to boot

    When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

    Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

    I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.

    Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

    Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

    • Open a new Explorer window.
    • Click View in the ribbon.
    • Click Options.
    • Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
    • Click OK
