Laptop fan randomly runs extremely fast ever since Windows update

My laptop is around 6 months old and prior to a Windows update on 15/10/2021 had zero problems.Windows informed me there was an update, so I updated it as normal, and once my laptop restarted the fan suddenly went crazy. It will only stop if I completely shut it down and restart it. After some googling, I decide to restore Windows to an early version from a few days before 13/10, removing the update. I assumed this would work. However, it hasn't. My laptop fan at random goes extremely fast and loud it sounds like an airplane taking off. I've checked the task manager and there's no extreme C

    fan runs fast iTunes

    Hello John,

To isolate the issue, we suggest to uninstall the app and then observe your PC for 24 hours. See if the issue is still present.

If there is still an issue after uninstalling the app, please answer these questions:

    • Have you changed/updated/installed new apps to your PC prior to the issue happening?
    • What is the make and model of your device?
    • Any troubleshooting steps you have done so far?

We look forward to your update.
