Windows 10: laptop fingerprint and face lD lock, PIN lock. Keeps on resetting

Dear MS Team, I have a few users including me who has the issue where our laptop fingerprint and face lD lock, PIN lock. Keeps on resetting. It ask to reset it every time after restart. We have no company policy, no external software in action. I have already performed a few steps from MS site. but it did not work. Please advise. Regards, Jay

Fingerprint & pin not working - locked out win 10

I rebooted and dell xps no longer takes fingerprint. It says username or password are incorrect. I am locked out. Am on screenpicture, login options show fingerprint, pin, and reset pin option. Trying that but nothing happens. Dell says might be due to
win update? I am literally lovked out completely! Help please!!

 

Locked out of laptop cannot reset pin

I cannot access my computer because I keep receiving you have entered an incorrect pin too many times. I keep getting the challenge phrase. I enter it but no option to login with my user ID and password nor can I reset my pin. I am totally locked out of my laptop. I can access my windows account on my phone. Please help!

 

Lock Screen Keeps Resetting

For us to identify if this is an account related issue. We suggest that you create a new user profile by logging in to your laptop using your password. You can follow this
link to create a new administrator profile, then try using that
profile to log in using the PIN. If it works, you can transfer all your settings to that new user profile.
