Windows 10: Laptop freezes on startup. Won't boot. Tried everything I can

Hello.Yesterday morning, I turned on my laptop I have a Dell Inspiron 17 and it would start to boot but freeze on the Dell loading screen and would not do anything. The day prior, my laptop lid had been closed, but did not go to sleep and kept running all day. That night I had shut it down with a hard shutdown.Every time I turned on my laptop for 6 months, an error would pop up saying that my fan had failed. I just ignored it because I could still hear the fan going in the laptop.After a few attempts at booting my laptop, it entered into the BitLocker, and when I entered the recovery key, it

Laptop went black and won;t reboot

Hardware and software conflict is one of the possible reasons why you're experiencing black screen. Sometimes, it is also because of hardware failure. To get this issue fixed, we suggest that you
boot into Safe Mode by following these steps:

• Turn off your computer 3 times while booting. Windows should automatically boot to the Recovery Environment after 3 unsuccessful attempts in a row.
  
• Once you are within the Recovery Environment, select Troubleshoot, and then
  Advanced options, then Startup Settings, and
  Restart. When it restarts, you should see a number of options. Press 5 or F5 for
  Safe Mode with Networking.

Once your computer is in Safe Mode, please follow the workaround provided on this
link. Simply select the similar case that you're experiencing to show the troubleshooting steps.

Windows 10 freezing at log in

A failed update or one-time startup process can sometimes cause stopping, freezing, or reboot-loop issues during the login process. To isolate the issue, we suggest that you answer the following questions:

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
