Windows 10: Laptop freezes on startup

I have a Dell laptop with windows 10 22h2 installed, and when I turn it on, it appears to boot; the dell logo appears, the spinning thing at the bottom of the boot screen spins. However, on the second spin of the spinning thing, it just abruptly stops spinning, leaving a Dell screen of death. It fails and does what was mentioned above all the times I try to turn it on. The only thing I Gan get it to boot in is safe mode. Does anybody know what happened/how to fix? This happened before but fixed itself after some time in the shutdown state.

Windows 10 freezing at log in

• Do you have a USB device attached? If yes, can you remove the device and log in again.
  
• Have you tried turning off the WiFi feature in your laptop before logging in?
  
• How about running a Startup Repair in your Windows 10 laptop? (Boot to Advanced Startup Options>Click on Troubleshoot> Click on Advanced options> Click on Startup Repair)
• Aside from the above steps, what other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?

Laptop freezes at startup

My laptop keeps freezing at startup and the problem is getting worse. It happens in the following way: when I start Windows, laptop comes to a halt and then freezes with Hdd light either on or off. Then I need to press the power button for long.
