Windows 10: Laptop freezes when not plugged in. I use windows 11 home single language

Hello! I have a lenovo ideapad 15IIL05 with 4gb ram installed additional 8gb ddr4 ram so its now in 12gb. Processor is intel core i5-1035G1 CPU @ 1.00GHz 1.19 GHz. The issue with my laptop is it freezes when not plugged in. The freezing actually occurs when I start the laptop. It just freezes on the user log in and sometimes it just freezes at the desktop. It just works fine when it is charging. I already checked my RAM and it only uses 30% of memory. I checked my disk and found no errors. Would always clean my temp files and use clean manager. Even scanned my memory and found no errors. No

Typing a different language in Windows 11 single language

Can I add a language pack in Windows 11 single language so that I can type in another language? For example can I add the Japanese language pack to be able to type in Japanese, if I use Windows 11 single language English?

I'm Upgrade to windows 11 Pro but not activate and I have digital licensing Windows 11 home single language. Can't my PC go to Windows 11 Home single language?
