Windows 10: Laptop freezes when opening Copilot

Whenever I open Copilot, my laptop suddenly freezes. I cannot move my mouse but can still hear sound from a video. Only after Copilot is loaded about 2 seconds does my laptop become normal. The same thing happens when I close or refresh Copilot. I am using Windows 11 23H2, R5 6600H, 3050TI, 16GB RAM. Tried to reinstall Windows but didn't work. The only solution so far is to delete Nvidia GPU driver, which will disable it too but at least this works. Then I tried multiple versions of Nvidia driver but the problem keeps happening after installing a driver. Tried scannow, DISM, Windows update,

laptop freez

Hi,

You laptop freezing constantly after upgrading it to Windows 10 could be caused by some settings that are not configured properly. For us to better clarify the concern, kindly answer the questions below:

Are you receiving any error message when the laptop freezes?

Was there any specific action done or application that was opened before the laptop freezes?

Taskbar Disappears After Copilot is Opened

Whenever I click the Copilot icon in the taskbar, after Copilot opens my taskbar disappears. The easiest way for me to fix that is to go into the Taskbar Settings and into its behavior section and toggle the auto-hide taskbar on and off. I always have auto-hide set to off but after the taskbar disappears, I just toggle this to get it back.

Is anyone else having this issue with the taskbar disappearing after Copilot is opened? Even after I close the Copilot window the taskbar remains hidden.
