Windows 10: Laptop Freezes when playing video games

I have a lenovo z51-70 windows 10 AMD Graphics R9 M375 and Intel Core i7 5500U with 16 GB Ram. I've never faced this problem before video games worked just fine on my laptop until I got a bsod so I decided to reset my PC after resetting it and downloading the game. when trying to play it. It always crashes Note: I do not get blue screen of death. everything just crashes and I have to restart my laptop. Please need a solution for this

Can't play Hit It Rich game and system freezes

I can understand how frustrating it would be. This issue might be due to corrupted profile or if the game is not installed completely. I suggest you to follow these steps and let us know if it works.

Could you please help me with the below questions:

• Are you aware of any changes happened on the computer prior to this issue?
  
• Have you tried playing this game on other browser (Google chrome or Mozilla) and check for the issue?
  

Step 1: Uninstall or Repair the game.

1. Press Windows and
   R key together on your Keyboard.
2. Type appwiz.cpl and hit enter.
   
3. Right click on the Hit it Rich app > Select Repair or uninstall it.
4. Reinstall the application and check for the issue.
   

Step 2: Create a new local account.

The reason might be due to user account corruption, so I would suggest you to ‘Create
a local user or administrator account’ and check if the issue persists.

Note: You will not see all your files under your default file location.
So your data will be saved under C:\Users\User_name.

Laptop freeze sometimes while playing a game.

Hello,

I have a laptop: Lenovo ideapad Z710 with windows 10.

Sometimes while i play a game or watch a video the whole screen freeze for a couple seconds, i can't do anything while it freezes.

It gives the notification: Intel hd graphics for windows 8 has stopped.

What can i do?

 

Mouse freezes immediately after starting playing a video file or game

I installed a fresh copy of Windows 10 into my new Samsung SSD. Installed the graphics drivers (GTX 960) and Razer synapse drivers (I have a Razer Ouroboros and Razer kraken headset). Also installed Steam and moved all my games over to the new SSD.

Now when ever I play a video file, or attempt to play a game, as soon as the playback starts, my mouse cursor freezes. If I close the video player/youtube tab or whatever (alt-f4/ctrl-w) the mouse cursor works again.

What could be the problem?

I have attempted restarting the computer, reinstalling graphics drivers/older drivers, reinstalled Razer drivers, different USB port, nothing seems to work.
