Windows 10: Laptop freezes when task manager isn't launched

I am facing a problem in which my laptop freezes when I leave it idle for 5 minutes and when I check my RAM and CPU usage I have RAM and CPU monitor in taskbar both are 99%. But if I open the task manager and leave my laptop idle for even 2 hours my laptop works perfectly fine. Please give solution ASAP.[I didn't find any solution to this problem on google so I tried placing a shortcut of task manager in startup folder but it's not opening on startup Please provide solution for this also]

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

These suggestions will freeze it, but the way you describe the problem, it is not sorted correctly making it jump as you say. Click the column header "Name" to sort the processes alphabetically and that will likely stop the jumping around.

another easy way to kill tasks, download and install Winaero Tweaker(free) and theres a setting to add a Kill non responding tasks using the desktop right click menu. When you place your cursor on the desktop anywhere and right click the option is at the top of the list, Very handy and you dont have to go through all those steps and well Winaero Tweaker has alot of cool Windows tweaks. Just posting a different suggestion, Im sure your ok with what was suggested here.
