    Laptop freezing and it's more prevalent nowadays


    I have my Acer Nitro 5 AN515-42 last 2019 and everything seems working fine until last December 2021.This January it got more prevalent, so I run disk check, memory check and other diagnostics; all of them were fine and in good health. I have also checked the hardware, nothing noteworthy, all healthy even the fans.So this must be some sort of driver right? But when I run the reliability History, it displays that some critical error happens, it's kind of weird why these error happen.This is HD Audio Background Process - the drivers are updated though.This is the Hardware error for the HD Audio
