Windows 10: Laptop freezing and WHEA-LOGGER Event ID 17 in event viewer.

Hello,i own a Zephyrus G15 2022Ryzen 7 6800HS, RTX 3080, 16GB RAM, 1TB SSD laptop. And my laptop froze 3 times while playing different gamesHorizon zero dawn, witcher 3old gen, nfs unbound. It was the first time i encountered a freeze like this. Event viewer doesnt show any errors only a few of these event id 17 warnings in an hour everytime a game is open.FreezeScreen just freezes no artifacts, no black screen, no blue screen. Sound goes into a loop of whatever was playing at the time, also no glitches with sound. After like a minute of screen being frozen a blue windows loading wheel sh

WHEA-Logger | Event ID 17 Issue

Lots of people with HP laptops latest 2017 releases have the same error WHEA logger event id 17 and I have that too.....

The WHEA logger error causes freezing whole laptop creating an error in event viewer

Tried some settings in advance power settings

Changing "Maximum Power savings" to "off" in PCI Express ----> LInk Power state management this fixed the error for a while but now i have spotted the error in every latest laptop that has Nvidia Geforce 940 mx graphic card

my laptop is

HP Pavilion x360 14-ba073tx and the same error was also repeated with my friends

Hp Pavilion 15-cc102tx

Can you help me ASAP

And also please explain in detail how to disable "WHEA logger error" as you done above

I updaded all drivers, installed all updates for windows 10, checked the latest drivers from ASUS, updated BIOS. Nothing helped to avoid this WHEA problem. I wrote to ASUS support, still waiting their answers but I am not sure that they will give useful information how to deal this it. Did you have a chance to fix it thus far,
