    LAPTOP FREEZING - Event ID 1 WARP and Event ID 1010 Modern Deployment


    Hi, My ASUS TUF Gaming A15 laptop has been freezing frequently. It has frozen three times today, each time when browsing Facebook reels on Chrome. I have had to hold the power button to reset the laptop each time. I've just done optional Windows updates including BIOS to see if it fixed the issue but did not. The laptop also kept shutting down after the BIOS updates - and did not reach the Windows login screen - unless I unplugged the power adapter. Then it worked...I've looked at the most common errors appearing before and after each of the freezes. I have also attached some images from Event

    I ask a wlan report to solve my wifi problem and got

    Event ID 1010 : L2 adapter disconnected

    Event ID 1009 : L2 adapter connected

    Like 9 times in 90min, do you think it's a hardware problem or a pilot problem???

    Lots of continuing event viewer errors.

    Brand new HP computer running Windows Home 11 v21H2 OS 22000.832

    What causes these errors?

    How do I stop them?

    What is Autopilot?

    I have home computer, Windows is installed, and I don't think I need further "deployment" or "provisioning".
