Windows 10: Laptop Freezing When Opening Any Application

Ive had the same problem for the past few days, but it was fixed with the support of someone with my last question. The same problem has however come back after 1 day of normal use and no issues. The fix last time to the problem was uninstalling my drivers, then reinstalling them by restarting the Laptop. This did work at first, but now, after getting the same problem again, I tried the same fix and it didn’t work.The first time I got the problem I also thought there might have been a virus, but I confirmed with a scan that my Laptop is clean.Details of the problem itself:-Normal startup, no i

Computer freezes after random Applications open

Did you make any changes to the computer prior to the issue?

The first thing to get the issue fixed would be to perform a System Maintenance troubleshooter and then check if the computer freezes after the applications are opened.

Please follow the steps to run System Maintenance troubleshooter on the computer:

• 
  Type “Control Panel” on the search box.
  
• 
  Click on Troubleshooting.
  
• 
  Click on View all option on the left side of the Windows.
  
• 
  Click on System Maintenance option.
  
• 
  Click on Next and follow the onscreen instructions to troubleshoot the issue.
  

Please revert if the issue happens with the freezing of the computer.

 

Laptop freeze

Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times. Anyway thanks both of you for your suggestions.
