    Laptop freezing when unplugged


    Hello!I recenly purchased a laptop from a friend, it had two hours of working time on it so it is basically brand new, i have warranty and such but i wish to solve this without warranty because i really need my laptop at the moment.It is a HP Omen 15, ryzen 9, 16 gb ram and an rtx 3070.Last week i experienced these freezes randomly when i was using the laptop unplugged, i kept trying to find ways to fix it, a friend told me to try driver booster to update all my old drivers so i did, and for a moment i thought it was fixed, because i didn't experience de freezes anymore, but at that time i did

    Yes I did, but that didn't work either.

    How do I drain my battery? My laptop won't stay on for longer than a couple minutes when unplugged.

    Could you please list down the steps for solutions 4 and 5?

    Really sorry for the inconvenience, really appreciate the help.
