    laptop freezing


    i got a crawler e30 that has an intel core i5 12xxx ,16 gb ram and 3050ti. The problem is whenever i watch youtube or something else the laptop is working fine, but whenever i launch a game, even roblox it starts freezing and i can hear the fans spinning inside it and then it eventualy crashes.

    Hi guys, i can't do what both of you has suggested for this laptop cause every time it freeze in widows it will not be able to reload windows and i have to do a clean install. I already repeated this cycle few times. Anyway thanks both of you for your suggestions.
