    Laptop gets blue screen of death whenever I am gaming and gives win32kfull.sys error


    I've updated my driver's, ran the system file checker and the dism command tool. None of these work and my laptop crashes unexpectedly in the middle of heavy games. It all started when I played genshin impact and my PC crashed in the middle of that game. It also gave me a error on the Intel rapid storage technology about my hard drive which says SATA_Array_0000 PCle SSD on controller 1, Port 0; at risk(SMART event). I wanted to know what could be the problem so I could get it repaired or hopefully if it's a internal problem just fix it myself.

    If anyone happens to know the error called "DRIVE_IRQL_NOT_EQUAL_OR_LESS" please let me know. It says that on the blue screen of death I call it.
