Windows 10: Laptop glitched and now desktop features are different

Hello, I was watching a movie on netflix when my computer crashed and went to a black screen. After a few moments it turned back on but now everything is slightly more zoomed in icons are bigger, cursor too I also have notifications when the Caps are on which I didn't have before. My laptop feels different and slightly glitchy and slower. I have checked the RAM, and made all updates but it still feels like my laptop has changed after the glitch.

Recently my laptop screen started to freckle\glitch while playing videos either on the internet or on my laptop so I followed steps suggested as to uninstall and re-install the graphics update however, it happened again not so long after I did that (1 day later) and I fixed the display and so it stopped but the videos appear to be glitched? like I could see the RGB (there is a color stroke that appears ONLY while watching videos and I tried to take a screenshot and while trying to trim the photo I found it looking normal so it's only via videos

I'm using HP ENVY Laptop - DESKTOP -LUQEG7V

I'm having a microphone problem in 2 different computers (laptop and desktop).

• What is the make and model of your Microphone? Its an Headset but i've also tried a logitech microphone nothing worked....
• What is the model of your Laptop and Desktop? Its an Acer Veriton X610 and a Old Fujitsu Siemens AMILO
• Do you get any error message? No errors whatsoever!
• Did you make any Hardware and Software changes in your computer prior to this issue? That i remember i did nothing different.
