Windows 10: Laptop goes to Blue Screen Of Death On Startup

My laptop starts and immediately goes to blue screen of death and is forced to restart


HERE IS WHAT I TRIED :

• Resetting computer from Advanced Options in Troubleshooting doesn't work nothing happens
• Resetting using command line systemreset and chkdsk commands do not work
• System restore also doesn't work

I HAVE NO WAY TO GET INTO MY COMPUTER WITHOUT IT HITTING BSOD AND NOW WAY TO DO A SYSTEM RESET IM DON FOR
