Windows 10: Laptop goes to sleep mode while working randomly and continuously

Hi Team,


I'm using Dell Inspiron 15 5000 Series laptop. I've noticed that my laptop goes to sleep mode randomly even if its in use. I tried to login after a few seconds again it will go to sleep mode. I'm unable to work due to this issue. It was repeatedly happening. Although I maintain my laptop properly and installing proper W10 updates. I tried that too but no changes at all. I request your support in resolving this issue. Even some of my colleagues are having the same problem. I guess I'm facing this issue a week. But nowadays, this issue happens multiple times in a day. Couldn't do anything properly.

Laptop goes to sleep randomly while playing games

Hi,

If your laptop randomly goes to Sleep mode while you're playing, then this may have something to do with the Power options. Try to check if your laptop is set to Sleep mode after a certain minute. Just simply go to Settings, click System, then select Power
& sleep. You can also check the Additional power settings.

Now, if it's still the same after you changed the Power settings, then we suggest that you contact the device manufacturer.

Windows 10 Goes to sleep mode randomly and can't turn back on

Hi

My laptop is ASUS FX-553VD (System Model GL553VD) and I have a very rare problem with windows 10 but it doesn't occur very often.

Randomly, my laptop goes to sleep mode and the problem is I can't turn it back on with my mouse or keyboard, even though I already set my mouse to turn back the computer on from sleep mode. Can somebody help me with this problem ? thank you

 

Laptop goes to sleep mode after plugging in charger


Hello.

I have a ASUS X550C laptop. The original charger broke, so i bought a charger for it at my local market (the brand is "Innergie"), which also works for ASUS laptops. Now since i got this charger, i was experiencing issues where my laptop would randomly go to sleep mode, however, i resolved this issue by turning computer on, removing the charger, and plugging it back in. That seemed to fix it. However, recently, this method stopped working. My computer runs completely fine when it is unplugged, however, when i plug it in, i get a "Low battery" warning (even though i HAD 72% battery), and the laptop immediately goes to sleep mode. Trying to turn it on is useless. It will only turn on if the charger isn't plugged.

Any advice?

PS: I have already changed all my power & sleep options. Everything is set to "Never".
