    BitLocker Key on Locked Lenova Laptop

    My Lenova laptop crashed and on re-starting, its asking for BitLocker Key. Since I have not installed BitLocker, I don't have they Key and I tried all possible ways to fund the key, but no luck. Is there any way I can rectify this issue? or How to reset or re-install the windows?

    Asking Bitlocker key

    Dell Inspiron 5000 Series laptop asking for bitlocker key while booting which i did not activated.. If somebody can help me out to bypass this or any method to deactivate the locked laptop. Thanks in advance
