Windows 10: Laptop got stuck startup page and can not repaired and reset without password safe mode...

    My hp pavillion windows 10 got stuck at stuck in the startup page also not showing pin option so I tried to auto reset it but it always says incorrect password I also changed my password with new one with my mobile and connect laptop with internet but still it is not showing any progress I can't use any repairs option and reset or command prompt it got this way from 1 day .... before this happen my windows lower panel keep freezing with upper Portion works ... how can I work with my laptop if it always says my Microsoft password is incorrect when it is correct

Stuck on Safe mode, no password.


Today i launched DDU (Display driver uninstaller),
And it brought my pc to "Safe-Mode" login screen.

And when i typed my password , it said its incorrect.
( when i enter the local password on a system startup repair or something like that it works, but only at the win 10 safe-mode password bar its not working. Very strange.)

How could this be possible? When like 2 hours ago i used to login with this password...

Anyway..
Im stuck on the "Safe-Mode" login screen.

What i need to do?
Tryed alot stuff from other topics and NONE helped .. please help me please.

I have like 500 gb stored files. I hope i wont have to reset disk.

If any one will help to me fix it.. big thanks to him...

 

Cannot enter safe mode

Hi, My Asus laptop is stuck in a startup repair loop while trying to fix error 0x80070091, I've tried following things:
Use this guide: Startup Repair Infinite Loop Recovery - Windows 7 Help Forums
Use the option 'reset this pc' and tried to use 'system recovery' but all to no avail.
While in this startup repair loop it also seems impossible to enter safe mode. (I've tried to enter safe mode pressing F5 from the startup settings screen). I guess using the tweaking repair program will solve this error (0x80070091) but obviously I have to enter safe mode first. Any suggestions?

Stuck in safe mode in windows 10

Safe mode is intended to help fix most, if not all problems within an operating system, it's not good if we got stuck on it. To correct this, we suggest that you follow the steps below to exit out of Safe mode:

• Open Run command by pressing Windows key + R
  keys on the keyboard and type msconfig in the command box and press
  Enter.
• Under General tab, put a check on Normal Startup option.
• Reboot the system and check if the changes are effective.

Let us know if you are able to exit out of Safe mode with these steps.
