Windows 10: Laptop GPU fails to work on startup when updated

I have another GPU in my laptop that used to work just fine most of the time. Now however, when I power on the device it completely fails to run and task manager acts as if it was never there. I open device manager where I disable and re-enable the device. After re-enabling it device manager says it works perfectly fine. However task manager still says that I only have the integrated GPU. So I restart the system and the cycle repeats. I have my windows fully updated, same with all my drivers, yet it never changes. What do I do?

Startup programs not launching on startup

Replying to Brink none of that works here is why- Step 1- No items listed in startup on task manager as stated. Step 2- I dont have shell:Startup on the pc as it cannot be located Step 3- I dont understand that option also the startup folder cannot be found Step 4- No apps showing under startup on settings Step 5- Dont have access to advanced options at all for any apps Step 6- Doesn't work. Thanks for trying - - - Updated - - - @dalchina, Will try the program now and no I have no suitable restore points and also nothing that I am aware of has been updated besides for Windows Updates but nothing major. WIll respond once I try the program.

When you finish testing the Avast suggestion, make sure that you restart your machine.

Then if the issue persists, please return to the trouble shooting list in post# 89

I think there are three steps that remain; the WU troubleshooter, reset WU components, and manual WU reset.
