Hello! Yesterday my computer HP Omen Laptop 15-ek0xxx had a Blue Screen saying it ran into an issue twice and then it restarted and was fine. The third time a few hours later it was slow to load and when I logged into my profile after typing my pin it seemed to load onto a guest page the wallpaper was the original wallpaper but some of my games were still on the desktop but not my folders. Even though it said I was logged into my account, everything like pictures and videos was empty but in my Local Disk I clicked on users and my name and some of my things were still there it just isn’t lo

While using my laptop, it just crashed. It happens every now and then. A blue screen appears saying my pc ran into a problem and it needs to restart. I checked the site windows.com/stopcode and followed the suggested fix which is the clean boot. But it
did not solved the problem. My laptop still crashed. It's been months already. Some of the stop codes are SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION, INTERNAL POWER ERROR AND THE IRQL something. Can somebody suggests a possible solution? Thank you.
