Windows 10: Laptop hangs

My laptop lags after a recent upgrade My laptop Acer Nitro 5 which is of 8gb ddr4 3200 mhz and 512 gb ssd intel i5 11th gen is lagging and an upgrade of Ram of 8gb 2600 mhz and ssd of 500gb Kingston it happens after using heavy applications and games

Laptop hangs unexpectedly

Hi,

When the drive is made there are only 4 files as seen in the screenshot.



I have a win10bootable usb. It shows up in the boot list. but mem86 usb dosen't show up.
