Windows 10: Laptop has grown slower after repair

my laptop has had a fan issue for a while with it being loud and revving so I recently went to have it repaired. I got it back last Tuesday and they had replaced the fan since it was faulty. However, ever since I've only opened it twice.The first time I noticed it was notably slower, like, way slower. the logo didn't even load when I first turned it on I had to try again and when I got to my desktop it took forever to even register mouse drags.yesterday, I turned it on again, or at least tried to. I'd be met with it saying it needs an update, followed by a blue screen, and a restart. Sometimes

Windows 10 Advanced Options Menu to Repair

I would try the following steps in order:

1. Remove the laptop main battery for a few minutes - may reset something
2. Load BIOS defaults
3. Install Macrium Reflect Free on another PC, create a Reflect USB repair disk then use that disk to repair your laptop
4. Recover from backup if you have one
5. Perform a Windows 10 repair install - see instructions on this forum

 

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
