  1. Laptop HID keyboard devices uninstall themselves randomly

Im using an asus rog zephyrus and the keyboard drivers will randomly uninstall themselves upon windows startup. In order to get them back, I have to hard restart my laptop but they will disappear again after some time. I’ve tried updating and manually uninstalling them but the problem is still there. I am still able to access the bootup menu by pressing f2. I’ve also tried leaving the device properties page open and once they disappear, it gives me the error code 45. Can anyone solve this for me?

    :)

    Unable to uninstall keyboard

Since I plugged in the dongle for the new keyboard there have been two HID Keyboard Devices listed in Device Manager. Is it possible they are conflicting with one another?

Since the keyboard was installed the computer freezes constantly.. Before the keyboard was installed during the 3 years we have owned the computer the computer did not freeze one time.

  3. HID Keyboard device deleted

    Hello,

I accidentally deleted my laptop HID Keyboard Device from Device manager. I have tried everything to reinstall but fails. Surprisingly the FN commands work but not the actually typing keys. I have no idea what to do.

Before i deleted the HID Keyboard device, there used to be 3 HID Keyboard devices, now there is only 2.

HID-compliant mouse. Device Status:This device cannot start. (Code 10)

Have you tried updating the driver for the HID-compliant mouse?

Follow these steps on how to update the driver:

To do this, follow these steps:

    • In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.
    • Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.
    • Follow the instructions to update the driver.
If that does not work, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your laptop directly and ask for updated drivers for Windows 10.

    Regards.
