Windows 10: Laptop hotspot icon is always frozen and shows disconnecting. Couldn't use laptop's hostpot.

I have a Windows 11 laptop. AMD Ryzen 7-7,000 series, In my menu bar below, in the hotspot icon, it is always disabled and is showing disconnecting. Always. I restarted my computer a lot of times, but it shows no change. I have an Ethernet cable, and I want to use the laptop's hotspot to use the internet on my phone also. I tried to go to Settings > Device Manager > Network adapters > Update drivers of USB to Gigabit Ethernet Family Adapter and MediaTek Wi-Fi Wireless LAN Card. But I find that the issue is still not resolved. What to do?

Hotspot icon is missing in my laptop. then I want to know ,how to set up Hotspot icon in my computer step by step. Windows 10 intalled in my computer.

 

Laptop Freezes or wifi gets disconnected and unable to connect to new wifi hotspot when laptop is moved

I have an Asus X550LD laptop with 8gb ram , graphics card and i 5 processor.

When my laptop is moved, then one of the below mentioned things happen.

1. My laptop freezes totally. It does not respond to any key and then I had to only hard reboot the computer.
2. My laptop gets disconnected to the connected hotspot and then it shows very few hotspot and it is unable to connect to any of them.

It does not happen when the laptop is moved in a certain direction or way. I think it is totally random.

Any help is appreciated.
