Windows 10: Laptop in 24H2 cannot connect to mobile hotspot

Hi there, I happened to encounter that my laptop failed to connect to mobile hotspot after updated to 24H2. The wifi panel kept showing connecting and then asked for password, then kept failing. My mobile phone end displays short connection each time green bar then it quickly goes green bar disappears. I have updated wifi driver and the whole system, it just didn't work. I ruled out the mobile hotspot problem because my second mobile can smoothly join it. Then I rolled back to 23H2, it turns out that my laptop is able to connect to the same mobile hotspot again, immediately. Can someone ad

1. Is the laptop able to connect to other Wi-Fi networks?

2. Are other devices able to connect to the mobile hotspot network?

The Wi-Fi network might not be configured properly after the update. I suggest you to remove the old network created and try creating a new mobile hotspot network with new credentials. Further, remove the network from the Laptop connections by selecting
Forget network.

Now connect to the new network from the Laptop and check if it gets connected.
